Initially thought it did not work on watch. Turns out works great on watch if system is on. The company was fast and persistently trying to figure out the problem. They expect a fix within a couple of weeks. Until then if your thermostat is off you will not be able to turn it on via the Apple Watch. Not a huge issue but will be fixed none the less.

Wow! What a great addition to Nest. Nest supposedly sets away and home automatically, but it doesnt always work, especially if youre not near the location of the thermostat. It thinks youre away when youre not. And with a dog, it can often set itself as home, when youre away. Geofencing is the way to do this, and this app works great without you even having to think about it. Have multiple people in the home? Use the multi-user function, and it will only set the system to away when everyone with the cell phone app is out of the house. As soon as one person returns, it sets Nest to home. Any questions or issues, email the author and get a very quick response. I dont know what more one could ask for. Wait a minute. I do know what one could ask for. Have it on the Apple Watch too. And it does! And it works! Love this app!

The app works, does what it says and does it well. The developer support is second to none. Im glad to have this app!

Would like to see start fan. Still, the best app out there for Apple watch.

I needed to uninstall/reinstall watch app a few times but ultimately worked

I purchased snd have been using this app as way to control and change the temperature on my nests ( I have 2 in my town house ). Pros : Nice design , Apple Watch support , ability to access from the launcher , responsive , Developer is quick to respond . Cons : Not highly Intuitive on the Apple Watch Once in a while slow to respond on the Apple Watch and once crashed ..but that happened once in more than 3 weeks and to be clear I am using it all the time Bottom line .. It is worth the money and highly recommend it . I actually applaud the developer for stepping up to develop this app as nest and Google did not offer any Apple Watch Ps; I am not affiliated with any the developer or with any body .

I purchased this app to go onto my Apple watch and it’s a good translation of the original Nest app for iPhone, iPad etc. I’ve used it now for a week and it works perfectly. When wearing an Apple watch, it detects leaving home and arriving home and turns the thermostats on accordingly, but this feature can be switched on or off, which is very convenient. Very satisfied with this application.

This app in it’s current version does not allow you to change the heating or cooling temperature… Not much use except to see what it is set at already….

Great program, geo fencing works dont have to worry about home/away it just does it. Rock solid no crashes or unexplained behavior. Why would Nest put this in their App?

Finally an app that lets me control my Nest from my Apple Watch. Big plus to the geo-fencing feature that automatically toggles my Nest between Home and Away mode based on whether I was within my geo-fenced radius of my house. Hated how sometimes my Nest would go into auto-away mode even if I were at home. This app solves that. Brilliant!

I only bought this app for the Apple Watch support which is ok..the iPhone app is not better than the native Nest app until the UI is updated..the "slider" to change the temperature is too sensitive and often requires multiple attempts to get the temperature correct..I do like the geo-fencing options but this also does kill the battery life..looking forward to future updates.

Wow this app feels extremely cheap. Definitely not worth 3.99. Not even optimized for the iPhone 6/6+ which is crazy cause theyve had over a year. Please update and optimize your app before you charge that amount of money.

Not worth the money.... Will not open on watch ☹️

I love having this app on my watch! Nest sometimes puts itself into Away mode in the evenings, as were usually couch potatoes during this time. Since my phone isnt always next to me, having the app on my watch makes it easier to check the Nest status and let it know were still here. Now I did run into problems loading the app onto my watch. Like other apps, it stalled on installing. But, the phone app has the contact icon very visible so a quick email to support, and I received some tips on getting apps to load on the watch. It worked! It also worked on my other apps Ive had problems loading. So all in all Im very pleased with this purchase and with their support.

Until this app was recently updated, it was flawless. My house would be heated and "home" mode would be set by the time I opened the door. Now the app tells me "changed thermostat to home" and when I get inside. Cold. Silence. No furnace running. I walk up and click the Nest. It then changes from away to home and kicks on. Considering this is why I paid for the app, to make my system automated, its useless to me until fixed.

Its easy. Its automatic. Set it and forget it. Nest was caught with their pants down. An absolute must have accessory for the Nest thermostat. You start saving money the minute you leave the house. I couldnt be happier. The Apple watch glance has everything you need.

iPhone/iPad & Watch Apps are very good. Support is outstanding! Quick Control option is nice add. Highly recommend.

Installed in both my wife and my phone. It detects when we are both home or both gone and will not turn on away until we are both gone. Ive had zero issues.

Nice app, but Watch complication is useless. Only updates every 30 minutes. Should probably be removed from watch.
